Easy extras

A sandwich or salad may not be enough for your lunch, below are some suggestions for extras to take with you to work:

  • Piece of fresh fruit- such as an apple, banana, strawberries, plums,
  • Dried fruit, such as a mini box of raisins or dried apricots
  • Carrot, celery or cucumber sticks
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Low fat yogurt
  • Flask of vegetable soup
  • Chicken drumstick (without the skin)
