Easy extras
A sandwich or salad may not be enough for your lunch, below are some suggestions for extras to take with you to work:
- Piece of fresh fruit- such as an apple, banana, strawberries, plums,
- Dried fruit, such as a mini box of raisins or dried apricots
- Carrot, celery or cucumber sticks
- Cherry tomatoes
- Low fat yogurt
- Flask of vegetable soup
- Chicken drumstick (without the skin)
