Grilled salmon steak

Grilled salmon steak

(served with jacket potato and salad) 

  • 1 salmon steak per person
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 potato per person
  • Salad

 

  1. Bake potatoes in oven or microwave until cooked.
  2. Place the salmon under the grill on some foil.
  3. Pour on some lemon juice and add pepper, then grill for approximately10 minutes.
  4. Turn over, add some more pepper and lemon juice, and grill for about another 10 minutes (or until cooked).
  5. Serve the fish with jacket potato and salad.
  6. Try adding some lemon juice to the potato instead of butter.

 

Tip: Substitute the salmon with any fish. For example, cod, haddock, trout, smoked haddock fillet.
