Grilled salmon steak
(served with jacket potato and salad)
- 1 salmon steak per person
- Lemon juice
- 1 potato per person
- Salad
- Bake potatoes in oven or microwave until cooked.
- Place the salmon under the grill on some foil.
- Pour on some lemon juice and add pepper, then grill for approximately10 minutes.
- Turn over, add some more pepper and lemon juice, and grill for about another 10 minutes (or until cooked).
- Serve the fish with jacket potato and salad.
- Try adding some lemon juice to the potato instead of butter.
Tip: Substitute the salmon with any fish. For example, cod, haddock, trout, smoked haddock fillet.
