Tuna pasta bake

  • 3-4oz of pasta per person (any shape)
  • Chopped vegetables- peas, sweetcorn, peppers, onions, carrots, mushrooms (etc)
  • Tin of chopped tomatoes
  • Tinned tuna in brine (drained)
  • 2oz grated reduced fat Edam or cheddar


  1. Boil the pasta and vegetables in a pan until cooked.
  2. Drain, then mix with the chopped tomatoes and tuna.
  3. Place in an oven dish and sprinkle on the cheese, grill until brown on top.
