Tuna pasta bake
- 3-4oz of pasta per person (any shape)
- Chopped vegetables- peas, sweetcorn, peppers, onions, carrots, mushrooms (etc)
- Tin of chopped tomatoes
- Tinned tuna in brine (drained)
- 2oz grated reduced fat Edam or cheddar
- Boil the pasta and vegetables in a pan until cooked.
- Drain, then mix with the chopped tomatoes and tuna.
- Place in an oven dish and sprinkle on the cheese, grill until brown on top.
