Creamy mushroom pasta
- 3-4oz of pasta per person (any shape)
- Chopped mushrooms
- Chopped vegetables- onions, peppers, courgettes, peas, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, sweetcorn, peas, leeks
- Tin of condensed reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
- Grilled lean chicken breast or tinned fish if wanted
- Boil the pasta with the vegetables until cooked.
- Drain, then mix in the mushroom soup with seasoning and serve.
- If wanted stir in flaked tinned fish before serving, or serve alongside chicken.
Tip: Serve the above pasta dishes with a salad to make even healthier!
