Creamy mushroom pasta

  • 3-4oz of pasta per person (any shape)
  • Chopped mushrooms
  • Chopped vegetables- onions, peppers, courgettes, peas, mushrooms, carrots, broccoli, sweetcorn, peas, leeks
  • Tin of condensed reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
  • Grilled lean chicken breast or tinned fish if wanted

 

  1. Boil the pasta with the vegetables until cooked.
  2. Drain, then mix in the mushroom soup with seasoning and serve.
  3. If wanted stir in flaked tinned fish before serving, or serve alongside chicken.

 

Tip: Serve the above pasta dishes with a salad to make even healthier!
